Alteration Policy
•Work hours are 9:00~17:00 from Monday to Friday
•Alteration can be made after a successful reservation to 7 days before checking in (not including the check-in day, Saturday, Sunday, and consecutive holidays); the check-in date can be changed but the hotel and the guest’s name are not allowed to be changed.
•Each reservation can only be changed once; no cancelation will be accepted after changing.
•Payment must be met if the price after alteration is higher than the original price.
•No refund if the price after alteration is lower than the original price.
•Please refer to the A Hotel Taiwan’s official announcement for accurate online cancelation and alteration policy. Please contact the customer service for any questions. This website is not responsible for any individual agreement made with the hotel by guests.
Cancellation and Room Change Policy
★100% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation on the check-in date.
★80% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 1 days before the check-in date.
★70% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 2 - 3 days before the check-in date.
★60% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 4 - 6 days before the check-in date.
★50% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 7 - 9 days before the check-in date.
★30% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 13 days before the check-in date.
