● Change: If you need to cancel or change the date of the guaranteed reservation, please call the reservation section of our club before 12 noon seven days ago. ● The hotel will keep the guaranteed reservation fee for three months, and the change is limited to one time. If you don't contact the hotel counter, the hotel will directly collect the amount of the guaranteed reservation.
● In case of irresistible factors at the hotel's location on the day of check-in, such as traffic interruption caused by earthquake or typhoon warning issued by central weather bureau, please take the initiative to contact the reservation section of our club within three days before the check-in date (including the check-in date) to postpone or cancel the reservation.
● The deposit can be kept for three months if the reservation is postponed. If it exceeds the check-in date, it will be deemed as giving up all the rights to cancel or change the reservation record. If the reservation is not cancelled, it will be regarded as check-in, and the library will charge the housing fee directly. Reservations can be cancelled only in case of major disasters, and the cancellation fee is 10% of the total house price.
● Pay attention to the limitation when canceling the reservation. If the cancellation date exceeds the invoice declaration date, it will be impossible to get back the cancellation, and the full amount will not be refunded, and 18% of the check-out fee will be deducted.
● If the passenger cancels the reservation within 1 day before the arrival date, 100% of the total house price will be deducted as the check-out fee.
● If the passenger cancels the reservation within 3 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total house price will be deducted as the check-out fee.
● If the passenger cancels the reservation within 4 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total house price will be deducted as the check-out fee.
● After the successful reservation, the passenger will cancel the reservation and keep the deposit for three months from 7 days (including 7 days) before the arrival date.
