Invoice Issuance
Accommodation invoices will be issued upon check-in. We can provide:
* Standard triplicate invoices
* Company invoices with tax ID numbers

Terms & Conditions
1. Extra beds are not available. If the number of guests exceeds the room occupancy limit, please notify us in advance.
2. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM.
* During consecutive holidays and the Lunar New Year period, check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
* Early check-in before the designated time is subject to availability and a charge of NT$500 per hour.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
* Late check-out is charged at NT$500 per hour.
3. Smoking, barbecuing, and fireworks are strictly prohibited within the Forest Recreation Area.
4. In accordance with Taiwan’s Animal Infectious Disease Control Act, pets are prohibited within the Forest Recreation Area and other designated protected zones. Guests bringing pets into these restricted areas may be subject to fines ranging from NT$50,000 to NT$1,000,000. Any guest found bringing a pet into the area will have their reservation canceled without refund.
5. Summer Season: Due to the mountain climate and significant temperature differences between day and night, evenings are generally cool. Therefore, guest rooms are not equipped with air-conditioning.
Winter Season: Due to colder nighttime temperatures, electric blankets are provided on all beds (except in the 8-person room type).
6. Mobile and internet signals may be limited in the mountain area. If you require Wi-Fi access, please register for an iTaiwan account before entering the park.
7. Guests must enter the Forest Recreation Area before 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 5:00 PM, please contact us in advance.
8. Dining Hours:
* Dinner: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
* Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
9. Extra beds are not available.
Child Policy & Additional Guest Charges
* Ages 0–6: One child may stay free of charge without occupying a bed.
* Children aged 3–6 will be charged NT$120 for breakfast if breakfast is provided in buffet style the following morning.
* Guests aged 6 and above exceeding the standard room occupancy will incur an additional charge of NT$1,180 per person, including breakfast and dinner.
* No extra bed will be provided; however, an additional pillow and quilt can be supplied.
* A maximum of one additional guest is permitted per room.
10. In support of Taiwan’s environmental protection policies, disposable amenities will no longer be provided starting October 1. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Reservation & Force Majeure Policy
▲ To ensure the security of credit card transactions, the name on the reservation must match the name of the guest checking in. The same identification document used for the reservation must be presented at check-in.
▲ If, on the scheduled check-in date, the hotel location is affected by force majeure events such as earthquakes causing transportation disruptions or the issuance of a land typhoon warning by the Central Weather Administration, please contact our reservation center within three days of the check-in date (inclusive) for assistance.
