The deduction proportions of the payment for booking cancellation is listed below:
★ 100% of advanced deposit if the cancellation is made on the day of accommodation.
★ 80% of advanced deposit if the cancellation is made on the day prior to the accommodation date.
★ 70% of advanced deposit if the cancellation is made 2-3 days prior to the accommodation date.
★ 60% of advanced deposit if the cancellation is made 4-6 days prior to the accommodation date.
★ 50% of advanced deposit if the cancellation is made 7-9 days prior to the accommodation date.
★ 30% of advanced deposit if the cancellation is made 10-13 days prior to the accommodation date.
★ 0% of advanced deposit if the cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the accommodation date.

※Party A refers to Travelers, Party B refers to the Hotel
◆Clause 10 (breach of contract attributed to Party B)
Booking contract cannot be fulfilled due to the cause attributed to Party B:
1. If the deposit has been charged by Party B, double deposit shall be refunded; if the damage is caused by Party B on purpose, an additional damage compensation calculated three times as the deposit can be claimed by Party A.
2. If Party B does not charge the deposit, Party A can claim the damage compensation calculated one time as the room price; if the damage is caused by Party B on purpose, a damage compensation calculated three times as the room price can be claimed by Party A.
◆If there is damage being proved by Party A other than the aforementioned ones, a combined compensation can be claimed.
◆The agreement between the two parties that is more favorable to Party A shall be followed.
◆Clause 11 (the circumstances not attributed to both Parties)
◆If Party B fails to fulfill the contract due to the circumstances that are irresistible or cannot be attributed to both parties, Party B shall refund all the deposit or any other fees paid by Party A in an interest-free way.
