(1) Check-in time is from 15:00 & check-out until 11:00. Minimum check-in age is 18 old.
(2) Please present your online reservation confirmation to the receptionist upon your arrival.
(3) Hotel Kuva Chateau has always aligned with the reserved room type shown on the guest's reservation, However, all rooms are subject to availability.
Hotel Industry will no longer provide small-volume toiletries.
If you need other disposable supplies (toothbrush, razor, comb, shower cap) please approach the front desk to purchase a set for TWD 100.
The shampoo and shower gel in the guest rooms have been completely replaced with large bottles to provide a more comfortable environment and implement the concept of environmental protection.

(5) Parking space of basement parking is limited.
Vehicle type is limited- car& heavy motorcycle which exhaust volume is larger than 550cc. (height limit is 2 meters, width limit is 2.5 meters, length limit is 4.6 meters)
Free parking is available with accommodation or dining. Given the limited parking space, no reserve parking spaces for all the guests. You may park at toll-parking nearby the hotel when it's fully occupied.
For your safety concerns, We do not have parking for motor vehicles, since our driveway is steep down to our parking. You may park your scooter at the nearby locomotive parking grid. If you are riding a heavy motorcycle and the exhaust volume is 550cc and above, please notify the hotel front office so we can guide you to a proper spot when you arrive.
(6) You can not apply for the government’s subsidy via on line bookings. ( like: Hotel website booking system & Booking.com & Agoda .. etc.).
(7) Exchange rates for information only.
(8) Construction is underway at inside the hotel and neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.
(9) If you want to cancel or change the order, you can log in to the E-Mail mailbox to find the electronic reservation confirmation → reservation details operation to cancel the reservation (please refer to the order cancellation policy content).

Cancellation and Room Change Policy
★100% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation on the check-in date.
★50% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 3 days before the check-in date.
