Fees

•Check-in time is scheduled after 3pm; and check-out should not be later than 11pm at noon.

•If you would like to cancel or change the check-in date(s) after completing booking(s), please inform our booking staff by phone prior to 7 days before 12pm. Our hotel will reserve the deposit for three months. The cancellation or change of booking is allowed for once only. If you fail to inform us, the booking deposit will not be refunded.

•If any irresistible incident occurs on the check-in date in the area hotel is situated such as transportation interruption caused by an earthquake, or the land warning of typhoon announced by Central Weather Bureau, please contact our booking staff to cancel or postpone your booking within three days from the checking date (including the check-in day).

•The deposit of the postponed booking can be reserved for three months. If you fail to check in on the rescheduled check-in date, you will forfeit the right to cancel or change the booking. If you do not cancel the booking, you will be fully charged as you have already checked in. Cancellation is allowed when a devastated disaster occurs. You will be charged 10% of room price as the cancellation fee.

•Please pay attention to those time limits if you would like to cancel booking(s). The payment cannot be fullyrefundedand 18% of room price as the refund fee should be paid if the cancellation is requested after the declaration date of invoice.

•The full room price should be paid if you cancel the booking(s) one day prior to the check-in date.

•50% of the room price should be paid if you cancel the booking(s) 3 days prior to the check-in date.

•30% of the room price should be paid if you cancel the booking(s) 4 days prior to the check-in date.

•The booking deposit will be reserved for 3 months if you cancel the booking(s) 7 days (including the 7th day) prior to the check-in date.

•The booking(s) is not transferrable.
