Cancellation/No show Policy:
Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
In an event of No show or Schedule change, penalty is required as follows:
1. Cancellations made 14 days prior to check-in date will incur a NT$100 processing fee.
2.Cancellations made 10-13days before check-in day will be charged 30% of deposit amount.
3.Cancellations made 7-9days before check-in day will be charged 50% of deposit amount
4.Cancellations made 4-6days before check-in day will be charged 60% of deposit amount
5.Cancellations made 2-3days before check-in day will be charged 70% of deposit amount
6.Cancellations made 1days before check-in day will be charged 80% of deposit amount
7.Cancellations made on the day of check-in will be charged 100% of deposit amount
Cancellation and Room Change Policy
★100% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation on the check-in date.
★80% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 1 days before the check-in date.
★70% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 2 - 3 days before the check-in date.
★60% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 4 - 6 days before the check-in date.
★50% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 7 - 9 days before the check-in date.
★30% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 10 - 13 days before the check-in date.
★0% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 14 days (including 14 days) before the check-in date.
