★Cancelation for online reservation shall be completed at the room reservation website. Service fee for cancelation shall be paid by the one reserving the room.
★It takes 14 to 21 workdays to refund.
★Deduction rates for cancelation are as follow:
- 100% of the paid deposit for cancelation on the check-in date.
- 80% of the paid deposit for cancelation in 1 day before the check-in date.
- 70% of the paid deposit for cancelation in 2-3 days before the check-in date.
- 60% of the paid deposit for cancelation in 4-6 days before the check-in date.
- 50% of the paid deposit for cancelation in 7-9 days before the check-in date.
- 30% of the paid deposit for cancelation in 10-13 days before the check-in date.
