▶ During refunding, the tourist shall take responsibility for the loss of the Hotel caused by the failure of remittance resulting from the tourist’s personal error.
▶ For cancelation due to the influence of typhoons at the location of the Hotel or departure area of the tourist raised before the issuance of a land warning for a typhoon, the Hotel will handle it in accordance with the cancelation policy. For cancelation or change of reservation raised after the issuance of a land warning for a typhoon, please call, fax or e-mail the Hotel lest the right for accommodation be affected.
Cancellation and Room Change Policy
★100% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation on the check-in date.
★50% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 2 days before the check-in date.
★0% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 3 days (including 3 days) before the check-in date.
