1. Please left your name, contact phone number and check-in day when you make a reservation.
2. Please transfer 30% deposit of total amount within 7 days after reservation, otherwise the reservation will be automatic cancel without notification. If your check-in date within 3 days, please transfer total amount in the day you make a reservation to make sure you complete the reservation.
3. If customer couldn’t pay the deposit or fax the transfer receipt on time, the reservation will be automatic cancel. (If customer has any special situation, please make a call to our hotel.)
4. After transfer the deposit, please contact our hotel to confirm we recieve the deposit to complete your reservation.
5. Due to any reasons other than events of force majeure couldn’t check-in on time, please notice us within 7 days and customer can postpone your check-in date longest for 3 month. (Customer could change once only, after that we will not keep the reservation and full amount will not be refunded.)
* If you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will receive full refund of your deposit.
*If you cancel your reservation 10~13 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 70% of your deposit.
*If you cancel your reservation 7~9 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit or you can postpone your check-in date in 3 month.
*If you cancel your reservation 4~6 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 40% of your deposit.
*If you cancel your reservation 2~3 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 30% of your deposit.
*If you cancel your reservation one day prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 20% of your deposit.
*If you cancel your reservation on your desired check-in date, you will be charged the full rate of accommodation
6.Extra bed service:
Each room limited for 2 person. Extra people taller than 120cm will be charge 800TWD per person (include breakfast and body wash supplies). During the Chinese New Year holiday, extra fee is 1000TWD per person and each room is limited for 3 people.
