Cancellation Policy
★ If a reservation is cancelled on the check-in date, 100% of the prepaid amount will be charged.
★ If a reservation is cancelled within 1 day prior to the check-in date, 80% of the prepaid amount will be charged.
★ If a reservation is cancelled 2–3 days prior to the check-in date, 70% of the prepaid amount will be charged.
★ If a reservation is cancelled 4–6 days prior to the check-in date, 60% of the prepaid amount will be charged.
★ If a reservation is cancelled 7–9 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the prepaid amount will be charged.
★ If a reservation is cancelled 10–13 days prior to the check-in date, 30% of the prepaid amount will be charged.
★ If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the check-in date (including the 14th day), no cancellation fee will be charged.
★ Guests who cancel their reservation 14 days or more before the check-in date (including the 14th day) are entitled to a full refund of the deposit already paid, or may choose to postpone their stay once, with the new stay date to be used within one year.
★ In the event of natural disasters (such as earthquakes or typhoons) causing transportation disruptions that prevent guests from arriving, and such circumstances are officially confirmed by the relevant authorities, the full deposit will be refunded.
Alternatively, guests may choose to postpone their stay once, with the new stay date to be used within one year.
Cancellation and Room Change Policy
★100% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation on the check-in date.
★80% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 1 days before the check-in date.
★70% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 2 - 3 days before the check-in date.
★60% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 4 - 6 days before the check-in date.
★50% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 7 - 9 days before the check-in date.
★30% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 10 - 13 days before the check-in date.
★0% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 14 days (including 14 days) before the check-in date.
