Fare discount
※Adult ticket: Enjoy a 20% discount on the full fare of the matching seat in standard carriages and business carriages, and special offers will be held from time to time.
※Preferential ticket: Those who meet the status of respecting the elderly, caring, and children can enjoy a 50% discount on the full fare.
Disclaimer / Exemption
※The date, time period, and number of round-trip tickets for high-speed rail are provided in accordance with the specifications of each special hotel and subject to the system display. There is no guarantee that the number of passengers in the order will be consecutive or in the same compartment.
※The time schedule and seat reservation will follow the rules of Taiwan High Speed Rail system so it’s not guaranteed to reserve the seat requested in the purchase order during the peak hours.
※The special High Speed Rail ticket reserved in this package will be completed all the related operations, i.e. ticketing, seat reservation, change train schedule (for the non-issued ticket only) or cancellation of room reservation (hotel reservation and High Speed Rail ticket should be cancelled together) in the hotel reservation system.
Booking / Reservation Notes
※The HSR coupon is a pre-booking ticket. Any deal will not be accepted unless a seat is reserved. Thus, the HSR ticket will be void if the seat is not reserved within the time limit. Please consult with the hotel staff for the detailed rules of refunding said ticket.
※One of the starting and ending stations needs to be a station in the area where the hotel is located, and one-way or round-trip standard carriages, namely business carriages, discount tickets can be purchased.
※The purchased ticketing date can be【check-in date (including one day ahead)】and【check-out date (including) and next day】.
※The quota of special tickets with 20% off will be the same as the number of the persons accommodated in the room in addition to the required concession tickets, including child ticket, ticket for senior person and disabled ticket.
※The ticket opening time is subject to the announcement of the high-speed rail company. The current regulations are from 29 days before the boarding day (inclusive) to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure. Every Friday and Saturday, up to four weeks later to Sunday can be booked (specified Reservations will be opened early during the holidays, please refer to the high-speed rail company website information). If you book a room earlier than 29 days in advance, you can still pre-purchase a 20% discount ticket, and then go back to the hotel's official website system to reserve a seat after the high-speed rail opens. (Pre-purchase can enjoy ticket discounts, but the system does not reserve seats. The result shall prevail).
※Commercial carriage tickets are not available for sale between Nangang-Taipei, Nangang-Banqiao, Taipei-Banqiao.
Ticket issuing
※Please go to the ticket window of the high-speed rail station, automatic ticket vending machine, convenience store (additional fee of 10 yuan per ticket, 20 yuan for the return ticket) or the high-speed rail T-EX mobile ticketing App to pick up the ticket.
※Tickets for this project are collected through the T-EX App. For detailed mobile ticket collection information and precautions, such as the rules for collecting tickets for the elderly/loving tickets, and the ticket distribution function, please refer to the T-EX App "Ticket Collection Instructions".
※Tickets for this project are collected through the T-EX App. If you need to change or refund the ticket, you must go to the ticket window of the high-speed rail station.
※Passengers who purchase preferential tickets must prepare relevant documents for inspection when purchasing, picking up and boarding.
Cancellation and change of rules for the purchase of high-speed rail packages
※ Cancellation of HSR part：
Regarding the HSR ticket included in the HSR coupon bought via the hotel online room reservation service, it is necessary to return said ticket in accordance with the following three circumstances as necessary：
1.If the ticket is not booked: Enter the hotel reservation system, log in to the order query, and you can cancel online by yourself. The refund standard will be processed in accordance with the regulations of Taiwan High Speed Rail and special hotels.
2.If you have reserved your seat and have not picked up your ticket: Please enter the hotel reservation system 30 minutes before the departure of the high-speed train (the time specified by the Taiwan high-speed rail, please consider the operation in advance), log in to the order query, and cancel online. Overtime will not be accepted. After completing the refund, please contact the hotel for related fare refund information.
3.The seat reserved with the ticket claimed: It is necessary for the customer having claimed the HSR ticket to return it at the ticketing window of any HSR station in person (requiring a refund fee of NT$ 20 per ticket). It is necessary for the customer having claimed the HSR ticket at the convenience store to return it at the original one where the ticket is claimed (requiring a refund fee of NT$ 20 per ticket additionally).
※ Cancellation of the order：
1.No seat reserved with no ticket claimed: A personal online cancellation on any day prior to the check-in date of the room booked by entering the room reservation system and the order query as necessary is available.
2.If you have reserved a seat and have not collected your ticket: Please enter the hotel reservation system 30 minutes before the departure of the high-speed train (the time specified by the Taiwan high-speed rail, please consider the operation in advance), log in to the order query, and cancel online. Overtime will not be accepted.
3.The seat reserved with the ticket claimed: It is necessary for the customer having claimed the HSR ticket to return it at the ticketing window of any HSR station in person at least 30 minutes prior to the depart time point. As obtaining the ticket return proof issued by THSR, the customer shall send such proof to the hotel via FAX for the hotel staff to cancel the room booked. In the event of the online cancellation of the room booked, it is necessary for the customer to reserve the seats and claim the tickets of the round-trip set and return the preceding tickets at the ticketing window of any HSR station in person (requiring a refund fee of NT$ 20 per ticket). In 30 minutes after the tickets return finished, a personal online cancellation of the room booked by entering the room reservation system and the order cancellation as necessary is available. (It is necessary for the customer having claimed the HSR ticket at the convenience store to return it at the original one where the ticket is claimed and a refund fee of NT$ 20 per ticket additionally is required.)
※ Change ticket：
If you’d like to change the ticket, including postponing and schedule change, please proceed as the following steps,
1.Tickets have not yet been collected: Please log in to the system with the order number and password 30 minutes before the departure of the high-speed train (the time specified by the Taiwan high-speed rail, please consider the operation in advance), and you can redeem the seat. Overtime will not be accepted.
2.Ticket issued: If the High Speed Rail ticket purchased through the special package is issued, the issued ticket can not be changed or canceled on line. Therefore, the passenger should bring the ticket to the counter of High Speed Rail for the required change process no less than 30 minutes before the train schedule. Please be aware of the train schedule and complete the ticket issuing earlier as the ticket fare will not be refunded due to personally delayed ticket issuing process.

※The passengers would like to purchase the High Speed Rail ticket on the alliance hotel reservation system may input personal membership account of High Speed Rail or personal ID to obtain the bonus points.
※Please check the correctness of the input by yourself. If you fail to join the membership, do not fill in or input incorrectly, you will not be able to get tired or re-enroll the points afterwards.

Preferential Notes
※Child fare:The child fare is available to children at the age under 12 years old and children not achieving 115 cm without occupying any seat require no ticketing, but it is necessary for an adult or a passenger with the full fare to escort them where each passenger can only escort 2 children each time. It is necessary for children exceeding 150 cm under the age of 12 years old or exceeding 115 cm under the age of 6 years old to display personal identity certificates without request.
※Senior fare：The senior fare is available to the ROC citizens achieving the age of 65 years old and plus on the day of boarding the HSR train with the valid identity certificates displayed at the ticketing window.
※
Priority fare：The priority fare is available to both the ROC citizens with either disability manuals or disability certificates and one of their essential companions (it is necessary for the disability certificate to mark “Domestic Public Transport Tools” in the “Essential Companion Preferential Measures” on the back side thereof explicitly for one companion to enjoy 50% discount of the full fare). If the preceding companion is a foreigner, the name and ID number of the passenger with disability shall be registered in the passenger information. The priority seat reservation service is unavailable in our system currently. It is necessary for anyone in need of the preceding service to call the HSR customer hotline: 4066-3000 (4266-3000 for Miaoli calls, 4666-3000 for Taitung and Kinmen calls, 02-4066-3000 for Mazu calls and domestic mobile phone calls, +886-2-4066-3000 for overseas calls. They are all toll numbers that are charged by the standard common urban call, mobile call and international call rates. Business hours: 06:00-24:00) or just purchase the HSR ticket and pay the priority fare at the ticketing window of any HSR station in person.

Which category of your personal profile is collected: / Class of collection：
It is necessary to collect your personal identity (including your Chinese and English names, ID No., passport No., gender and order No.) and trait (e.g. your birth date and nationality) profile to meet the THSR reservation and inspection requirements.
三、
The period, area, subject and method of using your personal profile: / Term, zone, party and means of employment：
1. Period: The duration required by the Project to utilize and reserve the data.
2. Area: Your personal profile will be used in Taiwan only.
3. Subject: The hotels and THSR entered into the contract of the Project.
4. Method: The e-files, hard copies, or any automatic or non-automatic means.

In terms of the provisions prescribed by article 3 of the Act, it is feasible for you to exercise the following rights to reserve your personal profile in the Project：
1. Query or view via request
2. Copy fabricated via request
3. Supplementation or amendment via request
4. Halt of collection, treatment or employment via request
5. Deletion via request
If you exercise the right of 4 or 5 in the preceding paragraph, your suitability or utility of this Project may be discontinued.
The Hotel reserves the right to amend any terms in Concerning the Project.
